Why Walla Walla Valley Camps?
Our camps have been a fun and safe place for your kids since 1999. A former College Place mayor, whose children attended our camp, endorsed us. Similar support has come from Whitman College and Walla Walla University professors, civic leaders, and many others.
The Big Idea:
We believe that God created all kids with uniquely individual talents, to experience joy, adventure, and wholeness. We aim to provide an atmosphere where the individual can flourish and grow in their physical, mental, social, and spiritual dimensions.
Safety:
Emotional: We foster a code of conduct whereby each camper is respected and bullying is curtailed.
Physical: With activities like archery, biking, sports, and other vigorous activities included in our program, we are committed to safe practices every moment of the camp day. Our menu provides nutritious, plant-based, meals and does not contain stimulants (like caffeine), and is prepared in an inspected and certified kitchen.
Our employees comply with all Washington State mandated background check protocols.
Spiritual: Our staff are committed Christians who are trained in interfaith dialogue and respect. We want to foster your children in their personal walk with God.
